I arrived about 15 minutes early for my 11:00 a.m. appointment and learned my usual service advisor was no longer there. While looking at a 2025 Pacifica to purchase I saw a deep scratch on the passenger side. I was told they would take care of the scratch so I purchased it. I was expecting the scratch to be fixed but it was just painted. I already signed the papers and took the van home. Three weeks later the scratch was showing through the paint. I am having problems with the radio. I have been to Skillman 5 times and my radio is still not correct. I feel like I'm being ignored. I was greeted by Tristan when I arrived. He is always a pleasure to interact with. However Darcy was my service advisor. I had to ask her to apply the web discount that was being offered. This is my second interaction with her and I always have to ask for the web discount to be applied. This is where I purchased my car and have had all my oil changes. I've never had to ask for the web discount to be applied with my previous advisors. I'm not sure I'm returning if she remains my service advisor.
They ordered the part promptly. When it didn’t arrive and I was getting ready to drive from an hour away they contacted me so I wouldn’t drive all that way. When it came in they contacted me.

It feels like I was sold a deal that I had no control of what I asked for. I did not get it, but I was told I didn’t get it, but it came down to sign in the final paperwork. Everything changed. It went so fast. I don’t think I would do it if I could do it again.
Did not properly install bed cover purchased on the Chevrolet website. Does not lie level and the lock does not engage on one side. The bed cover flys open at highway speeds.
