Hi Ray Skillman Chevrolet Service Team, I’m writing to share feedback on my service appointment this past Thursday, and unfortunately the experience fell well below expectations. I arrived about 15 minutes early for my 11:00 a.m. appointment and learned my usual service advisor was no longer there. I was checked in by a new advisor (I believe his name was Aden, starting with an A, in Allisa’s former spot). I clearly stated I was there for routine maintenance: an oil change, tire rotation, a new battery for my key fob, and that I had a $15 coupon. I was told the service would take about an hour, but it ended up taking 1 hour and 35 minutes. Around noon—one hour into the appointment—I checked in with the new advisor. He was on his phone and had to put it down to acknowledge me. He said he would check on the vehicle and later told me it was heading to the lube department and should be ready in about 15 minutes. That did not happen. By 12:30, I checked again. He was still on his phone and had no idea where things stood. At that point, Darcy stepped in, immediately went back to investigate, and finally got the vehicle moving. My car didn’t come back until around 12:35. To add to the frustration, the advisor told me at check‑in that they could wash my vehicle. What he did not mention was that the car wash was down. That’s something he should have known—and perhaps his phone could have told him that, since it seemed to have his full attention throughout my visit. The key fob battery replacement I requested at check‑in was never added to the work order, and neither was my coupon (Darcy resolved). Another service advisor even commented that they had “no idea what was going wrong with the service techs the last two days” and showed me an invoice where the customer before me waited two hours for the exact same service. The entire experience felt disorganized and inattentive. I left late for another appointment, and Mike Quinn—who I hoped to speak with—was nowhere to be found. Mike, I welcome a follow-up to see how this is going to improve. I will not work with that new advisor again. The shining superstar in all of this was Darcy, who stepped in, took ownership, and actually got things moving. Her professionalism was the only positive part of the visit. I’ve been a loyal customer, but this visit was frustrating enough that I’m now very cautious about returning. I hope this feedback helps improve communication, workflow, and overall service quality going forward. Thank you, Jeff

After I totaled my truck, I needed a new one fast. Ray Skillman came through for me. Found out the truck had a transmission problem, but Amy and the service technician stayed on it till it was and fixed right. Ray Skillman is a great dealership. And if you’re having problems, call Zack and their financial department, he can help you too all on all a very great experience. I have purchased two vehicles from them in the last six months

While looking at a 2025 Pacifica to purchase I saw a deep scratch on the passenger side. I was told they would take care of the scratch so I purchased it. I was expecting the scratch to be fixed but it was just painted. I already signed the papers and took the van home. Three weeks later the scratch was showing through the paint. I took it back to have it fixed hoping they would fix it the way I believed it was going to be. They just repainted it and the scratch was still visible. I would not have purchased the van had I known it wasn't going to be fixed the proper way not just a quick spray paint job. I felt like they made the sale and it was no longer their problem. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
