I am having problems with the radio. I have been to Skillman 5 times and my radio is still not correct. I feel like I'm being ignored. They told me they would get with engineers and ask what can be done to repair it, that was 3 weeks ago, I never heard back from anyone. I went in today and they gave me a some BULLSPIN about a update that hasn't came out yet. Did they really think I would fall for that lame excuse. So, they're telling me Everyone with my truck is having the same problems with their radios. I have purchased 2 trucks from Skillman. I have never filed a warranty issue with them, but I feel like I'm getting a run around now.

I was greeted by Tristan when I arrived. He is always a pleasure to interact with. However Darcy was my service advisor. I had to ask her to apply the web discount that was being offered. This is my second interaction with her and I always have to ask for the web discount to be applied. This is where I purchased my car and have had all my oil changes. I've never had to ask for the web discount to be applied with my previous advisors. I'm not sure I'm returning if she remains my service advisor.
