I was greeted by Tristan when I arrived. He is always a pleasure to interact with. However Darcy was my service advisor. I had to ask her to apply the web discount that was being offered. This is my second interaction with her and I always have to ask for the web discount to be applied. This is where I purchased my car and have had all my oil changes. I've never had to ask for the web discount to be applied with my previous advisors. I'm not sure I'm returning if she remains my service advisor.
They ordered the part promptly. When it didn’t arrive and I was getting ready to drive from an hour away they contacted me so I wouldn’t drive all that way. When it came in they contacted me.

Did not properly install bed cover purchased on the Chevrolet website. Does not lie level and the lock does not engage on one side. The bed cover flys open at highway speeds.

First visit was supposed to get the oil change and steering checked out was only able to get the oil changed. Had to reschedule to come back to get the steering checked out they diagnostic as a steering issue I needed to go to the dealer went to the dealer Hyundai for them to tell me it was something different than what they said, and I had to pay another diagnostic fee $200. Not happy with all the run around and extra money I had to spend.

Internet buyers beware!! My father Scott, purchased a 2024 corvette with 5478. Miles from Ray skillman Chevrolet and had it shipped to California in an enclosed trailer. When I received the car off the trailer it had a ABS light on. Drove it up the hill to my house and the check engine light, transmission light along with other warning lights came on.
