This was my first oil change and tire rotation on my new Cruz. I like the ease of just pulling in, they take care of it, and bring the car back. Didnt get the service guys name, wore glasses and beard, very nice.

I always hear about customers saying, i have bad credit and the salesman told me to come in only to get my hopes up. No stupid, He's doing his job. Let's say you want to be at 400 a month and you do everything over the phone and the salesman finds out you're at 430 a month. Hes not going to tell you that over the phone, he's going to say, "hey, I got an approval and everything looks good, when can you come in?" It's much easier to close a customer in the store than over the phone. Nothing wrong or dishonest about it. He is doing his job, which is to get you lazy ass computer car buyers in the dealership to LOOK at the vehicle in person. Its hard to fall in love with a car over a picture on a computer screen. Drive it! Touch it! I can't tell you how many times someone calls me and asks whats your bottom dollar on this truck? IDK sir, have you even seen it yet? Have you driven it? NO? Then how do you know if you even like it? It doesnt matter what the price is if you dont like it. Grow up and give salesmen respect and you will get respect.
